Recommended Care

As with all curly hair, moisture is key.

To keep your Burmese Curly Hair looking its best, we recommend:

• Washing with lukewarm water using a sulphate-free, alcohol-free shampoo.
• Following every wash with a moisturising conditioner.
• Deep conditioning once a week for 30–60 minutes to maintain hydration and softness.
• Applying a lightweight curl cream or leave-in conditioner while the hair is damp.
• Allowing the hair to air dry whenever possible or using a diffuser on a low heat setting.
• Gently detangling with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb while the hair is wet and conditioned.
• Wrapping the hair in a silk or satin scarf or sleeping on a silk pillowcase to reduce frizz and preserve the curl pattern.

Styling Tips

For soft, defined curls we recommend that you:

- Use curl creams and mousse to maintain hydration and defined curls throughout the day.

- Avoid brushing the hair while dry, as this will separate the curls and create unnecessary frizz.
