Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Because human hair products are hygiene-sensitive items, returns are limited.
We Accept Returns If:
- incorrect products were supplied;
- items are damaged upon arrival;
- items are missing.
Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
We Cannot Accept Returns If:
- you changed your mind;
- you ordered the wrong item;
- the item has been worn;
- the lace has been cut;
- the hair has been washed;
- the hair has been coloured;
- the hair has been bleached;
- the hair has been chemically treated;
- the item has been customised;
- the item has been used.
Return Conditions
Returned products must:
- remain unused;
- remain in original condition;
- include all packaging;
- include tags where applicable.
Returns that fail inspection may be returned to the customer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 28 days after receiving the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at our discretion, subject to these Terms & Conditions and your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law. Approval of a refund in one instance does not guarantee approval in future cases.
Hence, we reserve the right to approve or decline any refund request at our sole discretion where permitted by law. All decisions are made following an assessment of the circumstances, the condition of the returned goods, and compliance with this Returns & Refunds Policy.
